By submitting a reservation, the customer confirms that they have read and agree to these terms and conditions. <\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">1. Seller Information<\/h2>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Company:<\/strong> Kupee O\u00dc<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Registration Number:<\/strong> 17531138<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Address:<\/strong> 1a Kesk Street, M\u00f5isak\u00fcla, Mulgi Municipality, Viljandi County<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Email:<\/strong> hei@kupee.ee<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Phone:<\/strong> +372 60000 60<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Kupee O\u00dc is not subject to value-added tax, so no VAT is added to the prices.<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2. Prices<\/h2>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">All prices displayed on the website are in euros and are final. The cost of a reservation depends on the selected compartment (or reservation for the entire train), the dates of travel, and any additional services selected. The applicable price is displayed to the customer before the reservation is confirmed and paid for.  <\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3. Products and Services Offered<\/h2>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">You can book and purchase through kupee.ee:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>accommodation in one of four train compartments;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>a reservation for the entire train;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>gift cards.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In the future, additional features will include late check-out, a pet fee, breakfast and dinner ordering, a snack vending machine with online payment, and recreational services (e.g., a hot tub and shuttle service). The products and services available at any given time, along with their prices, are listed on the website. <\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">4. Making a Reservation and Placing an Order<\/h2>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">To make a reservation, follow these steps:<\/p>\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The customer selects the desired compartment (or the entire train) on the website, along with the dates of travel and any additional services they wish to book.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The customer enters the contact information required for the reservation.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The customer reviews these terms and conditions of sale and confirms their agreement to them (checkbox).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The customer pays for the reservation online.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Once payment has been received, Kupee O\u00dc will send the customer a booking confirmation.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The contract is considered concluded once payment for the reservation has been made and a confirmation has been issued.<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">5. Payment and Payment Methods<\/h2>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">You can pay for your reservation using the following payment methods.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Online Payments.<\/strong>  You can pay on the website using bank links and credit\/debit cards. Payments are processed by <strong>Maksekeskus AS<\/strong> (trademark <strong>MakeCommerce<\/strong>), registration code 12268475, address Liivalaia 45, Tallinn 10145, Estonia. In addition, card payments are processed via <strong>Stripe<\/strong> (WooPayments). Online payments are processed outside the kupee.ee environment in the payment service provider\u2019s secure payment environment, and Kupee O\u00dc does not have access to the customer\u2019s bank or card information.  <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Cash payment.<\/strong>  Cash payments can be made on site as follows:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>At the Kupee location (1a Kesk Street, M\u00f5isak\u00fcla) \u2014 for reservations totaling more than 200 \u20ac;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>At Castle Escape (Lossi 42, Viljandi) \u2014 regardless of the booking amount (whether under or over 200 \u20ac).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">For more information about the processing of personal data during the payment process, please see <a href=\"https:\/\/kupee.ee\/en\/privacy-policy\/\" data-type=\"page\" data-id=\"3\">our Privacy Policy<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">6. Access to the Service and Provision of Accommodation<\/h2>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Accommodations are self-check-in, and staff are not required to be present.<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Check-in:<\/strong> starting at 2:00 p.m. Early check-in is possible by arrangement and subject to availability. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Check-out:<\/strong> by 12:00 p.m. Late check-out is available for an additional fee, subject to availability. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Once payment has been received, the customer will receive a booking confirmation and <strong>the<\/strong> door <strong>PIN<\/strong> via email and\/or text message.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The PIN code is valid for the entire duration of the reservation\u2014from the check-in time until the check-out time.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The gift card will be sent to the customer via email and is valid until the expiration date indicated on the gift card.<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">7. Cancellation of Reservations and Refunds<\/h2>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The following terms and conditions apply to reservation cancellations:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>More than 72 hours before arrival:<\/strong> If you cancel your reservation, you will receive a 100% refund of the amount paid.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>24\u201372 hours before arrival:<\/strong> 80% of the amount paid will be refunded.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Less than 24 hours before arrival or no-show:<\/strong> no refund.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Reason for the cancellation policy:<\/strong> When a reservation is made, we reserve the compartment exclusively for the customer, and the automated system pre-sets the room temperature and other conditions necessary for the customer\u2019s arrival. This incurs costs, which is why the cancellation and refund policies listed above apply. <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The refundable amount will be credited back to the same payment method used for the original payment no later than 14 days after the cancellation. Refunds are processed by Maksekeskus AS. <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Right of Withdrawal:<\/strong> Pursuant to Section 53(4)(7) of the Law of Obligations Act, the consumer\u2019s 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to accommodation services tied to a specific date or period. Cancellation of a reservation is subject to the conditions set forth in this section. <\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">8. Accommodation Rules and Liability<\/h2>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The guest agrees to use the accommodations in a responsible manner and is liable for any damage caused by the guest or the guest\u2019s companions. Smoking is prohibited on the premises. Kupee O\u00dc is not liable for the guest\u2019s personal belongings or for any damage caused by the guest.  <\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">9. Processing of Personal Data<\/h2>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Kupee O\u00dc processes customers\u2019 personal data to fulfill reservations and comply with legal obligations. More detailed information regarding the processing and storage of personal data, as well as customers\u2019 rights, is provided <a href=\"https:\/\/kupee.ee\/en\/privacy-policy\/\" data-type=\"page\" data-id=\"3\">in the privacy policy<\/a>. <\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">10. Dispute Resolution<\/h2>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Estonia. Disputes shall be resolved through negotiation. If no agreement is reached, the consumer has the right to turn to the Consumer Disputes Committee of the Consumer Protection and Technical Regulatory Authority (tarbijakaitse.ee) or use the European Union\u2019s Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform.  <\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">11. Acceptance of the Terms and Conditions<\/h2>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Before making a payment, the customer can review these terms and conditions of sale and confirm their agreement by checking the box.
